There was a problem with delivery address when I tried to change the original address when ordered to another address but problem was quickly rectified and issue was well handled by Patrick and fully satisfied

Purchased superb leveller, runs really well and can be used up to 50mm. Excellent customer service from Tilers World - needed to discuss delivery, available on the phone straight away. Two bags were damaged in transit replaced immediately the next day, couldn’t ask for any better service- thank you!

Have ordered several times now and great company to deal with. This time was just grout, but still received the same excellent service. Was called not long after placing the order to arrange delivery, and the grout was next delivered next day.

What can I say apart from a excellent company! Tiles came straight away & on receipt of them I discovered that some was broken as they was glass mosaic. I emailed the company with photos of the broken tiles & the next day I had received a new set to replace the broken ones. Never have I came across a company to act so quickly! I definitely wouldn’t hesitate to use Tilers-World again or recommend them.

I spoke to Patrick who was extremely helpful and friendly. He happened to have just done his bathroom in the same tile that I was considering and sent me a photo to help me see what it looked like.
