What can I say apart from a excellent company! Tiles came straight away & on receipt of them I discovered that some was broken as they was glass mosaic. I emailed the company with photos of the broken tiles & the next day I had received a new set to replace the broken ones. Never have I came across a company to act so quickly! I definitely wouldn’t hesitate to use Tilers-World again or recommend them.

Very good customer service at first, but the tiles arrived a day late and my enquiries as to whether the tiles had actually been dispatched went unanswered. I don't want to knock off a star for that, overall I'm very happy.

Great supplier! I do many orders every week and I often try to avoid online purchases as getting any updates can be sometimes tricky and time consuming. But this company! They really stand out and I can highly recommend! They did call me after 3 minutes placing my order to give me update on delivery date as it was Bank holiday Monday so they made sure I can wait that day extra. Soon as they despatched I've had email notification and what more I also received pdf. invoice with no need me to chasing it!
