Placed my order online on the Monday then got a call from Patrick (who was extremely helpful) booking my delivery down to Cornwall for the Thursday. Received a call from the driver on the Thursday morning saying the delivery would be with me within the hour - it turned up on time, securely packaged on the 1 pallet and trucked straight into my garage in a matter of minutes. Excellent service and communication from start to finish, very competitively priced and easy to order would definitely recommend and use this company again.

Quick dispatch. I got a call asking about details of the courier before the pallet was posted. I didnt get a call from the courier like i was told i would have. I know that isn’t exactly the fault of the company. It was lucky I happened to come home at the right time. Only one broken tile out of 25 sq meters. Not bad considering. I would recommend this company.

Tiles are excellent, perfect look we was going for. Quick delivery, unfortunately quite a few tiles was chipped but we are going to try and use these ones on the edges where they will be covered with skirtings.

Excellent ordering price and delivery service from Patrick plus I have just placed another order, the tiles are beautiful.

Really good experience from start to finish, ordering on the website was easy and clear, someone rang to arrange a delivery date, on the delivery date the courier rang half an hour before he would arrive at my house, the goods were delivered on time. Had a minor problem but that was dealt with very promptly and efficiently by tilers world. Every aspect was a very pleasurable experience unlike other companies I have come across recently which is certainly a breath of fresh air, so happy I found and used them, have recommended them to my builder.
